1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (e.g. login state) over time.
2. The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: for sign-in, security, and core checkout. These cannot be turned off and are essential to the service.
- Functional: remember your preferences (e.g. recent postcodes, UI choices). Set only if you continue using the site.
- Analytics: help us understand which pages are useful and where users get stuck. We use aggregated, anonymised data.
3. Third parties
Our payment provider (Stripe) may set cookies necessary to process payments securely. These are subject to Stripe’s own policy.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect functionality. For example you may need to sign in again on every visit, and the checkout may not complete.
5. Changes
If we change how we use cookies we will update this page. For questions, email hello@muvers.co.uk.
